Bob Emery Maps
Bob Emery (1925-1995) was an LIRR Conductor and Historian who hand-drew an amazing collection of track maps of the LIRR in the 1950's and 1960's. Not only do the maps show the LIRR as it existed at that time, but Mr. Emery also drew maps of the railroad as it existed through the years. Each map is approximately one milepost wide and is drawn to scale.
The originals were donated to SUNY Stony Brook. I hope to eventually scan them all and present them here.
So far, I have completed scanning the following:
Rockaway Beach Branch Not Completed
